This is usually an issue that is left unattended until it comes to a critical point and leads to rise in attrition or impact on profitability. However, even organizations that are making profits see a substantial increase in their business growth when their people become engaged and take ownership of the contribution in the organisation. It was great to deliver our award-winning Unleash Your Strengths workshop to the incredible team at Dubai Golf yesterday. With so many high-performing individuals in the room, the day was packed with learning, creativity, and thoughtful challenges. Absolutely agree, Nic. The cultural nuances of the Middle East — as with say other culturally variegated spaces such as South Asia or South East Asia — can actually be a launchpad for higher-order change, depending on how well they’re understood and integrated into leadership development. Targeted coaching, as you say, not only unlocks potential (often hidden in plain sight) but also bridges the gap between regional intricacies/sensitivities and global leadership standards. Leaders got to be culturally attuned and capable of inspiring growth in a complex and multi-cultural environment. Collaborating with coaches who understand the region can be transformative.

It was such a PRIVILEGE and JOY to co-create BALANCE with these incredible SWITCHED ON CO-ACTIVE COACHES in TRAINING, co- leader Johan Premfors, and leaders at the back, Nadege PERRIN, Soukaina Jaber and Kiran Malik🙏🌟 Through experiential learning with The Co-Active Training Institute Dubai, we explored how we can shape our lived experience by making empowered choices. How every choice we make has the potential to ‘bust our illusions’, to shift our path from reactiveness to responsiveness, from stuckness to purpose and responsibility. This work is not just conceptual — it is pure and deeply felt, an embodied experience or speaking in metaphors, a dance in this moment, a new beginning. Witnessing participants connect with their natural creativity&resourcefulness and step into nobody gets to be wrong, everything gets to be explored, and everyone gets to choose was inspiring.
