Curiosity drove Gaj Ravichandra to commence studying psychology almost three decades ago. Today, this fascination with the human mind and its role in shaping the human experience continues to define his career as a coach and entrepreneur.
As coach to some of the region’s most accomplished leaders, High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and successful business families, Gaj has the unique opportunity to use his expertise and knowledge to study what drives their remarkable success.
He uses his insights and skills as a psychology-first coach to drive mindset transformations, devising actionable strategies based on neurobiology and behavioural science to help his clients overcome challenges, uncover their blind spots, and enrich their influence.
Through his work as a mindset architect, Gaj empowers leaders to amplify their impact by bringing out the best in themselves and their teams, and creating high-performing, inclusive workplaces. This ethos is at the heart of Kompass - The Coaching Company, which Gaj co-founded. Established in 2013, Kompass has had a significant impact in the region, and across five continents, through custom-designed coaching programmes for teams and organisations.
Gaj firmly believes that our mindsets hold the key to realising our true potential and living a fulfilling life.
