Here's how you can maintain resilience in your Direct Sales career during tough times.
You have to identify your "Why?" to build resilience. Everyone in life has a purpose. We all work to make money and provide for our families, partners, kids, etc.. We all want to travel & explore the world, buy our dream home, launch a business, be financially free, etc... Your resilience comes from your why... For example, I want to retire my parents, marry my beautiful partner, & launch my own business. What do I need to achieve that? Money... This is why I'm going to CRUSH it in sales. This is WHY I'm going to try my best & smash my targets so I can make tremendous amounts of commission. This is WHY I face rejection with a smile & go to my next sales meeting & crush it! Choose your WHY wisely, you will be resilient & unstoppable!

You're striving for success in Direct Sales. How can ongoing training help you achieve it?
The best way to keep training is to keep prospecting! Theoretical training in my point of view is useless. Being in direct sales requires you to develop a consistent habit. It requires you to embrace your role and become a salesperson by nature, always looking for opportunities wherever you go. Don't overcomplicate the sales process, if you want to succeed in sales, make sure you do the following: 1. Identify the RIGHT target audience 2. Prepare your messaging & strategy on how you plan to approach these individuals 3. Be consistent! Happy selling!

Struggling to meet sales targets in Direct Sales?
Be authentic! In today's sales world, you are always being taught so many different sales tactics & strategies. I never needed one! Be a natural! be straightforward and make sure you are offering the right solution to the right client. If you are offering the right solution to the wrong client, you won't get any results. Sometimes it's not about your skillset, it's about you not targeting the right people. Do your research & ensure you are targeting the right person. Sales isn't always about who uses the nest opening statement, it's simply about you talking to the RIGHT PERSON!

Lead generation is all about being natural, authentic, & straightforward. Remember that lead generation is part of the sales cycle. Before you start your lead generation make sure you are doing the following: 1. Identify target audience (industry, geography, & persona) 2. Draft the messaging that you will be using when prospecting 3. Set a daily goal on how many individuals you will be targeting on a daily basis through various channels If you follow these steps, you will generate quality leads. It's not always just a "numbers" game, its a QUALITY game. Make sure you are targeting the right people & be consistent to see amazing results
