    Where my role in the Cyclotron Project included the following:

    • Conducted a pre-feasibility study, and made a project business plan.
    • Identified equipment rigging challenges, connection penetration and design conflicts during the design process to avoid costly construction delays and unforeseen radiation leaks.
    • Consulted and coordinated with medical, administrative personnel, architects, and contractors.
    • Prepared a Request for Proposal, and addressed it to the top cyclotron operators globally.
    • Analyzed the submissions, made recommendations, explored partnership and joint financing solutions to fund the project.
    • Issued a Memorandum of Understanding with the awarded operator.
    • Provided the stakeholder and the project team with accurate and sufficient information during all phases, including cost analysis.
    • Coordinated the issuance/signature of the final Contract.
    • Started with the building licensing procedures.
    • Reviewed and approved the structural and electro-mechanical layouts.
    • Procured the cyclotron, and all medical equipment, including IT related equipment and general furniture based on the commercial set expectations, and business plan.
    • Designed the corporate identity, stationary, and uniforms.
    • Recruited, shortlisted and hired the required staff for the Plant.
    • Rectified all snags/faults.
    • Procured, modified, and licensed transportation vehicle.
    • Attended all site inspections (Radiation Protection Control Department and the Federal Authority of Nuclear Regulations), Civil Defense, and Ministry of Health).
    • Established the Sales & Marketing Department, and gained a 20% market share in SPECT and 80% in PET.
