We’re proud to announce that LEGOLAND® Dubai Resort is now a Certified Autism Center™ (CAC), awarded by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES)! This milestone supports Dubai’s initiative, led by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, to become the first Certified Autism Destination™ (CAD) in the Eastern Hemisphere, fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for autistic individuals and those with sensory sensitivities. Our efforts include sensory guides at all attractions, quiet areas, quiet hours, and a workforce with over 80% of guest-facing staff trained in autism and sensory awareness. These initiatives empower families to plan confidently and enjoy unforgettable experiences. To celebrate, we welcomed 12 families from the POD community for a special day at the park, showcasing our commitment to inclusivity and accessibility. The day included an insightful Men’s Health Awareness Talk by a Registered Doctor from Call The Doctor, followed by free clinic checks for all our male colleagues. We recently concluded a comprehensive Brand Cornerstones Assessment at LEGOLAND Dubai Resort, a valuable exercise in aligning our commitment to guest experience with our brand’s core values. This fun (and competitive) assessment provided an in-depth insight into where we stand today and the opportunities available to elevate our offerings further. By reviewing each aspect of our guest experience, we gained actionable insights on how to bring the the LEGO Group IP to life even more seamlessly across every touchpoint. We recently brought a unique and exciting concept to life with our LEGOLAND® Dubai Resort Halloween vintage photo-van pop-up at Sea Breeze, The Beach, JBR! This PR stunt, in collaboration with our sister asset Sea Breeze under Dubai Holding Entertainment was designed to engage both tourists and resident families in the JBR community. The event offered a sneak peek of our Halloween entertainment with highlights including, dance shows, meet-and-greets with Lord Vampyre and more! It was a fantastic opportunity to take our beloved characters and the LEGO® pumpkin-building experience beyond the resort, to one of Dubai’s iconic destinations and against the backdrop of Ain Dubai!
