Scottish-born, Chef Adam, didn’t always have a love for food but his passion, drive and determination saw him start his apprenticeship at the prestigious Gleneagles Hotel, in Scotland – at the age of 16 – and never look back.
Adam’s cooking is all about celebrating the incredible produce he uses – his dishes are packed full of flavour to really make those ingredients shine.
