Eve by Adam Handling

Eve bar showcases the magical synergy between kitchen and bar. Imagine the recycling triangle – the top right line is for Frog restaurant and its prime dishes, the bottom line is for snacks and bar food and then that final line is for alcohol. The parts of ingredients that can’t be used on the main Frog menu are used to create the snacks and smaller dishes for Eve and then we use those remaining ingredients to form the basis of our cocktails.

Private Events

We have two secluded spaces available for groups of 10 and 15 people, both of which are perfect for private hire. You can book these for exclusive use, either individually or together and you’ll have access to our cocktails and bar snacks, with bespoke packages available upon request.

About Adam Handling MBE

Scottish-born, Chef Adam, didn’t always have a love for food but his passion, drive and determination saw him start his apprenticeship at the prestigious Gleneagles Hotel, in Scotland – at the age of 16 – and never look back.

Adam’s cooking is all about celebrating the incredible produce he uses – his dishes are packed full of flavour to really make those ingredients shine.
