The ETF’s mission is to be a global catalyst for change and innovation in lifelong learning systems.
Knowledge on skills
As a knowledge hub on human capital, we provide data to shape policies and drive skills development. We analyse global trends, tracking how new technologies reshape jobs and education in partner countries.
Partnerships with the EU and its Member States
The ETF strengthens human capital and stability in neighbouring regions, improving skills recognition with the EU.
Long-term opportunities with partners
We provide long-term support to develop human capital, partnering with over 320 vocational centres from 50+ countries through the ETF Network of Vocational Excellence to share best practices and drive sustainable growth.
A unique organisation
As the EU’s only agency focused on human capital outside its borders, we lead with agility and efficiency. In 2022 after the Ukraine invasion, we swiftly launched a platform to help displaced Ukrainians get their diplomas recognised.
