all: migrate homepages from http to https

pkglint -r --network --only "migrate"

As a side-effect of migrating the homepages, pkglint also fixed a few
indentations in unrelated lines. These and the new homepages have been
checked manually.

needs gzip(1) tool in do-install target

Remove pkgviews: don't set PKG_INSTALLATION_TYPES in Makefiles.

Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days.

user-destdir support

Remove the remaining NO_MTREE definitions, it has been a nop for a
while.

This package needs tar, as suggested in PR 34494.

Bump PKGREVISION for all packages that had broken INSTALL/DEINSTALL
scripts prior to revision 1.43 of bsd.pkginstall.mk.

Point MAINTAINER to [email protected] in the case where no
developer is officially maintaining the package.

The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is
that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by
submitting patches to the mailing list).  Since the folks most likely
to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are
already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't
developers.

Recursive revision bump / recommended bump for gettext ABI change.

Change install target to use tar instead of gtar.
Add missing files to PLIST and bump PKGREVISION.

Note that gtar is required by the package.

Remove USE_BUILDLINK3 and NO_BUILDLINK; these are no longer used.

Bump PKGREVISION:
This package was broken for a time, when the NO_BUILD that is set by
its Makefile broke the xmlcatmgr handling.
Increase the PKGREVISION now to have a known-good version of this package
again.

Bump PKGREVISION due to xmlcatmgr update to 2.0beta1

Move WRKSRC definition away from the first paragraph in a Makefile.

Place WRKSRC where it belongs, to make pkglint happy; ok'ed by wiz.

Use textproc/xmlcatmgr/catalogs.mk to register the installed catalog files,
through the SGML_CATALOGS variable.  Bump PKGREVISION.

Register the installed catalog file in share/sgml/catalog using xmlcatmgr.
Bump PKGREVISION to 1.

Deprecate NO_WRKSUBDIR, replacing it with an explicit assignment of:

WRKSRC= ${WRKDIR}

This is much cleaner, much more indicative of what happens, and removes
another of the negative definitions (NO_.* = value).

Update to new COMMENT style: COMMENT var in Makefile instead of pkg/COMMENT.

HTML 2.0, 3.2 and 4.0 Document Type Descriptions.
Needed for some SGML playing, and hard to find anywhere.
