lang: align variable assignments

pkglint -Wall -F --only aligned --only indent -r

No manual corrections.

Replaced $(ROUND) with ${CURLY} variable references.

This has been a pkglint warning for several years now, and pkglint can even
fix it automatically. And it did for this commit.

Only in lang/mercury, two passes of autofixing were necessary because there
were nested variables.

Needs -lnsl on Solaris.

Use BROKEN_ON_PLATFORM with LP64PLATFORMS.

I looked into this a while back and described it as "thoroughly broken",
so maybe it should be NOT_FOR_PLATFORM, but hope springs eternal...

Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days.

Update to Kali Scheme 0.52.2
Project was abandoned, then picked up, seems to be abandoned again.
Changes are unknown.

Use new ${LP64PLATFORMS} variable to restrict platforms instead of manual
hardcoding.

Note: This effectively adds x86_64 to NOT_FOR_PLATFORM for some packages.

Support staged installation.

Mark this not available on sparc64 and x86_64 as well as alpha; it is
thoroughly 32-bit only.

It *might* work if someone rebuilt the boostrap files with a suitable
Scheme compiler capable of generating 64-bit-clean C code. But someone
who knows Scheme better than I do will have to figure that out.

Prepare for switching to NO_MTREE=yes.

Point MAINTAINER to [email protected] in the case where no
developer is officially maintaining the package.

The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is
that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by
submitting patches to the mailing list).  Since the folks most likely
to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are
already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't
developers.

Rename ALL_TARGET to BUILD_TARGET for consistency with other *_TARGETs.
Suggested by Roland Illig, ok'd by various.

Use tech-pkg@ in favor of packages@ as MAINTAINER for orphaned packages.
Should anybody feel like they could be the maintainer for any of thewe packages,
please adjust.

mark as broken on alpha.  crashes during build

Move the COMMENT from being in its own file to a definition in the
package Makefile.
