devel/rvm: remove unknown configure option

Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days.

Remove USE_GNU_TOOLS and replace with the correct USE_TOOLS definitions:

	USE_GNU_TOOLS	-> USE_TOOLS
	awk		-> gawk
	m4		-> gm4
	make		-> gmake
	sed		-> gsed
	yacc		-> bison

Remove USE_BUILDLINK3 and NO_BUILDLINK; these are no longer used.

Update to the latest version of rvm.  Thanks to Greg Troxel for the fixes.

Libtool fix for PR pkg/26633, and other issues.  Update libtool to 1.5.10
in the process.  (More information on tech-pkg.)

Bump PKGREVISION and BUILDLINK_DEPENDS of all packages using libtool and
installing .la files.

Bump PKGREVISION (only) of all packages depending directly on the above
via a buildlink3 include.

Convert to buildlink3.

LIBTOOL_OVERRIDE and SHLIBTOOL_OVERRIDE are now lists of shell globs
relative to ${WRKSRC}.  Remove redundant LIBTOOL_OVERRIDE settings that
are automatically handled by the default setting in bsd.pkg.mk.

replace deprecated USE_GMAKE with USE_GNU_TOOLS+=make.

update to 1.8
changes:
- Updated for current autoconf/gcc build environment.
- Some uninitialized memory references were found by 'valgrind'.
- Slightly improved writeout/commit performance.
- Explicitly yields to other threads during long running RVM operations.
- More portable detection of fdatasync availability.
- Some more memory initialization fixes, and passing an actual iov
  struct to readv/writev instead of something that looks like it.

Merge changes in packages from the buildlink2 branch that have
buildlink2.mk files back into the main trunk.  This provides sufficient
buildlink2 infrastructure to start merging other packages from the
buildlink2 branch that have already been converted to use the buildlink2
framework.

Merge changes from pkgsrc-current into the buildlink2 branch for the
packages that have buildlink2.mk files.

Fix one place in rvm library where code implicitly assumed malloc()
returns zeroed data. Discovered by using MALLOC_OPTIONS=J.
coda-server's vice-setup-rvm runs to completition for me with this patch
finally!

bump pkg revision to nb1

Convert from using buildlink1 to using the new buildlink2 framework.

Merge from pkgsrc-current to buildlink2 branch.

Update devel/rvm to version 1.6.  Changes from version 1.3 include:

* Fixed stray fsync calls when using partitions on BSD platforms.
* Fixed <sys/time.h> vs. <time.h> confusion.
* Fixed off by one bug in the RVM error table.

Mark as USE_BUILDLINK_ONLY.

The buildlink include and lib directories are added to CFLAGS, CPPFLAGS,
CXXFLAGS, and LDFLAGS by the buildlink.mk files so remove the extra
definitions to add them from the package Makefiles.  As advised by the
bsd.buildlink.mk file, also ensure that the buildlink.mk files are
included prior to defining any package-specific CFLAGS/LDFLAGS to ensure
that the buildlink directories are at the head of the compiler search
paths.

Remove dependency on ${BUILDLINK_TARGETS} in pre-configure and pre-build
targets as the buildlink.mk files now add the dependency automatically.
Remove any NO_CONFIGURE definitions as they seem to be useless.

* Add buildlink.mk file to link appropriate libraries and headers into
  ${BUILDLINK_INCDIR} and ${BUILDLINK_LIBDIR}, to be used by other packages.

* Use buildlink.mk files to get dependencies and to prevent unintended
  linking against installed libraries or finding installed headers except
  for those that are explicitly linked into ${BUILDLINK_INCDIR} and
  ${BUILDLINK_LIBDIR}.

Update to a much newer version, 1.3. (1.4 is out, but mostly has
changes to support MacOS X and virtually no changes for NetBSD.)

Update to new COMMENT style: COMMENT var in Makefile instead of pkg/COMMENT.
